The Canadian Automobile Association, Northeast Ontario had big issues with their website. After all, it was a big website. I built a content strategy that streamlined complex information into a clear, member-first experience—auditing existing assets, mapping user journeys and aligning content with business goals. Now, they're on the road with a Drupal-based platform where navigation, messaging and design work together seamlessly .
